NFL FLAG Football is a fun and exciting sport played by boys and girls of all ages. Players enjoy the fast-paced nature of football in a non-contact environment while coaches
The SNDS NFL Flag league is for boys and girls between 5 and 13 years old.
K - 6 is Co-Ed
7th Grade and above: Boys and Girls play separately, if we have enough registered players.
Played on a 30X70 yard field, there’s no blocking, no kick-offs, no fumbles, no punts.
Using a smaller football, there’s one rusher, and everyone is eligible to catch a pass.
There is NO blocking in flag football so it doesn’t require week-night practices that infringe upon a student’s homework/study time. Because there is no line play, practices will be minimal.
The season will consist of 6 season games: play-offs, and Super Bowl.
The season will begin in mid to late September and run until the end of November.
Games are on Sundays, with an occasional Saturday game based of scheduling and field availability.
Games will be played in the BALDWIN NY area.
Max Roster size is 9 players so each player plays at least half of the game.
Each Player will receive:
- NFL Flag Jersey
- NFL Flag Belt
- Softshell Helmet (available for purchase during registration)
The cost is $275.
